I moved to Gainesville in 1998 and obtained a Doctorate degree at the University of Florida in 2002. Prior to residing in Gainesville, I learned to appreciate how important it is to have a place to call home. Growing up, we moved every few years, initially halfway across the world to the United States, then to several different states before settling in Orlando, Florida. My interest in real estate developed at an early age. With the advantage of being bilingual, in Vietnamese and English, I have been involved in helping many family members who came to this country find their dream homes. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I managed rental properties across the state of Florida for relatives and myself. As a college oriented town, Gainesville welcomes many young college students and families who make it their temporary or permanent home. I have assisted and guided many families to the right location and neighborhood according to their needs. I can attribute my success in this career to my attention to detail, patience, friendliness, diligence, and great listening skills. Kay and her husband appreciate the unique small town feeling that Gainesville offers. When Kay is not working or chauffeuring her three young kids to their activities, she enjoys professional baking and checking in with Chip and Joann from HGTV's Fixer Upper.
